Our Asset Deliverable Creation Program isn't a design or marketing service where you submit requests and receive deliverables. It's a long-term partnership focused on equipping military-connected organizations to build sustainable brands that create lasting impact.
Rather than simply completing projects, we work alongside you to identify the strategies, tools, and assets that will best move your mission forward. Some organizations need support for a single season, while others continue growing with us for years. However long the journey lasts, our goal is the same: to help you build an organization that can thrive well beyond any one deliverable.
Because every service we provide is made possible through generous donors, volunteers, and strategic partners, we carefully steward every hour, every resource, and every investment entrusted to us.
Acceptance into the Asset Deliverable Creation Program is based on mission alignment, leadership readiness, responsible stewardship, and our ability to create meaningful long-term impact together.

Please note: Completing this application, attending meetings, or completing the Victory + Valor Foundation Course does not guarantee acceptance into the Asset Deliverable Creation Program.
Our Partnership Journey
Step 1 | Complete Your Application
Tell us about your organization, your mission, your current challenges, and where you hope to go. The more context you provide, the better we can understand how we may be able to serve you. At this time you will also schedule an Initial Brand Conversation for us to learn more about your organization, answer your questions, and discuss whether moving forward together makes sense.
Step 2 | Victor + Valor Foundations Course
Before acceptance into the Asset Deliverable Creation Program, **all key leaders who will be making decisions or working directly with the Victor + Valor team **must complete the Victor + Valor Foundations Course, offered once each month. This course introduces the culture, philosophy, and relationship-centered approach that guides everything we do and ensures we're building from the same foundation.
Step 3 | Brand Team Review
After your Initial Brand Conversation and Foundation Course, our Brand Team reviews your application to ensure it aligns with our mission, stewardship responsibilities, current capacity, and the opportunity to create lasting impact because every hour we invest is made possible through generous donors, volunteers, and strategic partners, not every application is accepted. Some organizations may be encouraged to continue building their foundation before entering the program.
Step 4 | Welcome to the Community
If accepted, you'll receive your Asset Deliverable Creation Agreement and an invitation to your private Slack workspace within the Victor + Valor community.
From there, we'll begin your Brand Discovery process, where we'll get to know your organization, leadership, and vision through our Brand Discovery Questionnaire before beginning strategy and asset development together.
