We work with two platforms for communication on deliverables (1) Slack and (2) Airtable.

We try to design graphics like logos, one sheets, etc. in files that can be easily edited in programs such as Canva and Adobe. But sometimes the files are so complex and have proprietary assets built into them that sharing the editable source file is not an option.

We are in constant communication with you throughout the design process. And each item must be “signed off on” prior to moving on to the next step of the process.

Once your brand is selected to receive brand assets and deliverables, our Victor + Valor™ team will begin to build the perfect design team for you. From your brand coordinator, who will be your main point of contact for designers and copywriters - we match every professional to your project based on their personality, skill, design eye, and industry experience.

With that said, though, you need to come to this process with an open mind on how we can create the look, feel, and vibe of your brand both visually and verbally.

After meeting with you, our team will start building out the foundation pieces your brand is in need of. Once these are complete, we will meet with you to present the idea and explain the proposed design. From here, a conversation begins, and any modifications will be made. Once you approve of the design, a file will be sent to you in Airtable for approval. To approve the file, simply move it to the “approved” section. It’s that simple.

The deliverables you receive will be based on your current need, what will help move you to your goals faster, and designer availability at the moment.

Because we offer such an extensive scope of work, most brands don’t need all of the deliverables we offer at once. This way, we design what will most benefit your brand and the bottom line now. As long as you are in good standing with Victor + Valor™ and your brand is grossing less than $250,000 a year, you can always request additional services at a later date once.

When the work is complete, your business will own the intellectual property. This means you can trademark or copyright the work created for you.

Yes, both Victor + Valor™ and the designers who worked on your brand have the right to use the pieces of your brand that they created for you in their portfolios, both online and in print.
