Andrew’s Mission: A New Veteran™ When we first met Andrew, the founder of A New Veteran™, at the MIC Conference 2023, his passion for helping veterans was palpable. Andrew had a heart for those who had served, and his mission was clear: to help veterans navigate the often convoluted and frustrating process of obtaining the VA benefits they earned. But despite the powerful mission, Andrew faced a daunting set of challenges in building his nonprofit.
He had the vision and the drive, but he was struggling to bring everything together. With his ow full time career, Andrew lacked the time to dedicate to creating the structure and systems needed for his nonprofit to thrive. He didn’t have a website, was still figuring out how to file for a trademark, and was overwhelmed by the complexities of building a funding strategy and board to support his efforts.
A New Veteran™ was a cause with immense potential, but Andrew needed support, direction, and structure to turn his vision into a sustainable operation that could make the impact he knew it could.

Website Launch: Andrew didn’t have the time or resources to build a website, so we created a professional, user-friendly website that clearly communicated A New Veteran™'s mission. We ensured the website had the ability to collect donations and connect veterans to the resources they needed.
Trademark Filing: With the name “A New Veteran™” already in use by Andrew, we helped him get the proof of use for the trademark filing. This essential step gave the nonprofit legitimacy and allowed Andrew to protect his organization as it grew.
Donation Portals: One of the major hurdles Andrew faced was establishing a reliable way for people to donate to his cause. We set up easy-to-use donation portals on the website, streamlining the process for donors to contribute, whether they were individuals or organizations supporting veterans.
The combination of these key elements allowed A New Veteran™ to go from concept to functioning nonprofit in a fraction of the time Andrew had anticipated.
