Alex's Vision: Building Community, Connection, and Sharing the Human Story
When Alex, a Special Operations Forces (SOF) spouse, came to Victor + Valor®, she had a simple yet powerful vision: to create a space where people could connect, share their stories, and build communities. Alex’s journey began with a passion for fostering human connection, and that passion evolved into The CoVive™, a community-driven brand dedicated to sharing the personal stories of people from all walks of life.
Starting with local events, Alex connected with like-minded individuals and built strong communities of people looking to find common ground and support one another. However, as Alex’s vision grew, and with her husband’s separation date growing closer, she realized that the need for connection went far beyond her local community. Her heart for community and human stories pushed her to dream bigger: what if she could reach people across the nation and amplify voices that often went unheard?
Alex needed guidance, support, and the right tools to transform her grassroots events into a multistate collaboration, and that’s where Victor + Valor® came in.
The Challenges: From Local to National
Despite having a strong foundation and a dedicated following, Alex faced several hurdles that made scaling The CoVive™ seem like a daunting task.
First, she had the vision and the heart to create something meaningful, but she was unsure how to transition from hosting local events to reaching a broader audience. She needed a business strategy, guidance on scaling, and the ability to create a brand that could resonate with people on a much larger scale.
Beyond that, Alex was juggling the realities of being a military spouse—managing family life while trying to grow a business. She needed infrastructure, systems, and strategic support to allow her vision to unfold seamlessly.
The idea of launching a podcast, collaborating with local vendors, and creating exclusive merchandise was exciting, but it also felt overwhelming without the right tools and support to bring it all together.

But, she didn’t have the resources to source and manage these partnerships as she and her family traveled the United States. We helped Alex set up the framework for her merchandise platform and created a strategy to connect her with local vendors to create products that resonated with her community, such as exclusive apparel and event-specific merchandise.

As 2025 approaches, The CoVive™ is set to embark on a new chapter. Alex and her husband, also a SOF spouse, are excited to launch their multistate collaboration, connecting with even more people across the U.S. and continuing to amplify voices that deserve to be heard.
The CoVive™ podcast will serve as a national platform where people from all walks of life can share their stories—whether it’s about overcoming challenges, achieving dreams, or finding strength in community. Alex’s goal is to not only bring people together but to celebrate the diverse human experiences that make us all unique.
In addition to the podcast, Alex is excited to grow her community events, bringing local vendors into the fold and creating exclusive, community-driven merchandise that people can wear with pride. The CoVive™ is poised to become a national movement, touching people in every state, every corner of the country, and spreading the power of connection far and wide.
